Accommodation, in a single or double room, in a shared flat in our residences in Gran Vía, Puerta de Sol, Callao and Ópera in Madrid. Every residence is organized as shared flat.

EASO residences are mixed and between 7 and 13 students of different nationalities live in each one, sharing the bathrooms (one for every four students), the kitchen and the TV room.

The prices include accommodation and general expenses (water, electricity, gas, heating and access to internet in the common areas). The price does not include accommodation for friends or family in the room.

Residents can use the kitchen and its equipment, as well as the electrical appliances: refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, iron machine, and also the T.V./dining room. Oven, toaster, coffee pot and mixer are not provided.

Every room is equipped with all the furniture needed: bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and shelves.

The bathrooms, kitchen and common areas are cleaned once a week. Residents are responsible for cleaning their own rooms, but all bedclothes are provided. Towels are not provided.
