They are responsible of the reservations and information in the office, personally, by telephone or e-mail, related to requests and reservations, changes of rooms, cancellations, arrivals and departures.
They also attend requests and suggestions from students transmitted by the residence managers.

Residence Managers
They live in the residences and are the persons in charge of receiving and giving information to students when they arrive. They are also responsible of the fulfillment of the established rules and also give Easo's Administration the students' suggestions.

They are in charge of the conservation of the facilities and repairs in the common areas as well as in the rooms.

Housekeepers
They are in charge of the cleaning of the common areas in the residence, bathrooms, kitchen, and also of the cleaning of the rooms when the students finish their stay. They also facilitate to maintenance the information about damages.
